Assist homeowner in preparing their home for professional photography session for listing. Includes brief consult with realtor to see what they would like removed and time with the client packing up items that need to be quickly removed to prepare the home for photographs.
Consultation With DIY Planning Session
For a homeowner looking for a DIY plan to prepare their home with minimal assistance, WSMO offers a Consultation with DIY Planning Session for homes within 30 miles of Midlothian, TX 76065. This includes a brief consult with the realtor to determine what should be removed for photos and showings.
The session includes an additional 30–45 minutes of planning to create a personalized to-do list for the homeowner to complete on their own. This also includes packing suggestions and tips to maintain a show-ready space throughout the selling process.

Free in-home consultation with seller homeowner within 30 miles of Midlothian, TX 76065. Phone consultation for any area in DFW. This time will be to explore services available and see if they are a good fit for the needs of the homeowner.
Keeping Home Show Ready
Assist homeowner in keeping their home ready for showings by making suggestions to quickly manage accumulated items used every day.
Decluttering & Minor Staging
Assist homeowner in preparing their home for showings by decluttering areas as needed. Prep with minor staging using existing furniture and decor. Includes brief consult with realtor to see what they would like staged or removed and time with client packing up, decluttering, and organizing those items & areas.
Beginning to Pack
Should homeowners choose to or need to begin packing as soon as their home goes on the market, I can assist with setting up a plan to begin packing in an orderly fashion so that the home is still ready to show.

Finish Packing & Prep
Includes helping homeowner finish packing up the home and create a plan and prep for the actual move.
Moving Day
Help homeowner create a list of tools to have on hand and list of “to do” items for move day.
Unpacking & Organizing
Includes time unpacking and finding a place for homeowner’s items. Depending on the quantity of items and available space, organizing can occur at the same time as unpacking.
Decorating
Includes time arranging decor and making the house feel like home!!! Can include picking colors, new decor, etc. for the home if desired.
