I’m Carleen Sparkman, founder of Where Style Meets Order. What started as a hobby during COVID has grown into a business I love, with an amazing team serving clients throughout DFW and beyond.

With a background in corporate leadership and professional photography, I’ve learned to blend strategy with creativity to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional.

For us, organizing is about more than baskets and labels. It’s about letting go of what no longer serves you and making room for what matters most—more peace, more time, and a home you can truly enjoy. We know inviting someone into your home is personal, and we don’t take that trust lightly. Together, we’ll create a space that feels lighter, functions better, and feels uniquely yours.

Hi, I’m Olivia Sharp, one of the Associate Organizers with Where Style Meets Order! If you’re local to Midlothian, you may already recognize me as a fellow busy mom. My husband and I have been raising our family here for nearly 11 years, and we’ve been happily married for 13. We’re blessed with three beautiful children who keep life full and joyful.

Aside from my faith and family, I’ve always had a passion for organizing and decorating spaces for friends and loved ones. I truly believe families thrive in a beautiful, organized environment — it brings peace, clarity, and room to make memories. I’m beyond excited to now bring that passion to Where Style Meets Order and help other families create spaces they love to live in.

With over a decade of experience in styling, retail leadership, and consulting, I help individuals build wardrobes that feel intentional, functional, and aligned with their everyday lives.

My approach is rooted in education and strategy — working closely with clients to understand their lifestyle, body type, and overall aesthetic. By providing guidance on fit, proportion, color theory, and fabrication, I ensure each piece not only looks good but truly works for the individual wearing it.

Cohesive collections that balance timeless style with practical wearability are created through careful editing, structured organization, and purposeful curation.

Working across a range of budgets with discernment and intention, I prioritize quality and longevity over oversaturated trends. My goal is to provide clarity and confidence while investing in one’s personal brand.

Brandi Stockham

Associate Organizer | Interior Designer

Your home should be one of your favorite places to be.

Helping people create spaces they truly love is what drew me to interior design. With a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Texas Christian University and experience in both residential and corporate design, I enjoy helping homeowners blend thoughtful design, organization, and personal style into spaces that truly work for their lives.

As an artist and lifelong creative, I love seeing possibilities others might overlook and bringing each client’s vision to life.

When I’m not designing or organizing, you’ll usually find me curled up with a good book or soaking up every moment with my grandson.
