Disorganization is more than just things being a mess. It can affect so many aspects of your life. It can cause you to be late due to looking for missing items, it can cause you to take longer at work because you cannot keep facts or papers in order, not to mention the mental chaos, and most important to me are the negative mental health effects that come along with being chronically disorganized. We want our clients to leave their closet or bathroom or bedroom every day feeling good about themselves. This doesn’t mean it has to look like a magazine. Let us say that again…it doesn’t have to be perfect!!!! Any improvement matters! Negative self talk is so detrimental to your physical and mental health.
